Der Beh\u00e4lter muss abgedeckt werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Zutaten werden je nach Geschmack hinzugef\u00fcgt. Das einzige, worauf man achten muss, ist das Salz: 100 Gramm Salz pro Liter Wasser.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"wpb_column col-md-12\"><div class=\"vc_empty_space\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"text\"><p>In unsere Sch\u00fcssel geben wir eine erste Schicht Oliven. Eine halbe ger\u00f6stete Paprikaschote in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, eine Handvoll Salz, Karotten, Gew\u00fcrzgurken, Zwiebeln, einen Teel\u00f6ffel s\u00fc\u00dfes Paprikapulver, 3 Knoblauchzehen und 30 ml Wei\u00dfweinessig hinzuf\u00fcgen und diesen Vorgang wiederholen, bis die Oliven aufgebraucht sind. In der letzten Schicht alle oben genannten Zutaten und die Chilischoten nach Geschmack hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"wpb_column col-md-12\"><div class=\"text\">Sobald alle Zutaten in dem Beh\u00e4lter sind, wird er bis zum Rand mit Wasser bedeckt. Wir m\u00fcssen darauf achten, dass alles bedeckt ist, damit sich kein Schimmel bildet.
