Diese Olivenbaumsorte wird vor allem in Sevilla und Huelva geerntet und nimmt in Sevilla etwa 60.000 Hektar ein; sie ist die internationalste Olivensorte.<\/p>\n<p>Der Manzanilla-Olivenbaum hat eine sehr hohe Produktivit\u00e4t und die Ernte erfolgt von Hand, um die Fr\u00fcchte nicht zu besch\u00e4digen. In der Fabrik werden jedoch die besten Technologien zum P\u00f6keln und Verpacken eingesetzt. Die Fr\u00fcchte werden geerntet, bevor sie voll ausgereift sind, daher ihre gr\u00fcne Farbe und ihre hohe Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen das Abl\u00f6sen vom Baum.<\/p>\n<p>Die\u00a0<strong>Manzanilla Sevillana-Oliven<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Escamilla\u00a0<\/strong>wird traditionell als Aperitif gereicht und hat sich in unserem Land zur K\u00f6nigin der Tapas entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Aceitunas Escamilla gibt es mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten, diese k\u00f6stliche Frucht zuzubereiten.
