The latter is a slower process. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Once the bitterness has been removed, they are seasoned with the chosen spices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">2.
