In Aceitunas Escamilla we grow a wide variety of olives: Manzanilla, Gordial and Verdial. Each one with different characteristics and exceptional flavor. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today we bring you a recipe of Focaccia with olives and rosemary that will leave all your guests speechless.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=\u00bb\u00bb row_type=\u00bbrow\u00bb use_row_as_full_screen_section=\u00bbno\u00bb type=\u00bbfull_width\u00bb angled_section=\u00bbno\u00bb text_align=\u00bbleft\u00bb background_image_as_pattern=\u00bbwithout_pattern\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<b>FOCACCIA WITH OLIVES AND ROSEMARY<\/b>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Focaccia is a kind of flat bread, very popular in Italy and is usually seasoned with olive oil and coarse salt, flavored with herbs such as rosemary. Both green and black olives can also be added to give it a Mediterranean touch.\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>To make this recipe we will need the following ingredients:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">350 g. of strong wheat flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 ml. of warm water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tablespoon salt (about 7 grams)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tablespoon of sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 g. of dry baker&#8217;s yeast (or 15 g. of fresh pressed yeast)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40 g. of Escamilla Pitted Green Manzanilla Olives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coarse or flaked salt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Focaccia recipe is easy to prepare, it is also a very multi-purpose dish since it can be prepared as an appetizer before a meal or it can be made a little more substantial and served as a main dish.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=\u00bb3241&#8243; img_size=\u00bblarge\u00bb qode_css_animation=\u00bb\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=\u00bb\u00bb row_type=\u00bbrow\u00bb use_row_as_full_screen_section=\u00bbno\u00bb type=\u00bbfull_width\u00bb angled_section=\u00bbno\u00bb text_align=\u00bbleft\u00bb background_image_as_pattern=\u00bbwithout_pattern\u00bb][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to prepare FOCACCIA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put in a large bowl the flour, the 5 g. of dry yeast dissolved in a little water and the sugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make a hole in the middle of the flour and pour the 200ml of water. Integrate the dough little by little with our hands. Add the oil and the salt.
