Comment manger les olives \u00e0 la vinaigrette gazpacha ? Elles peuvent accompagner tous les repas. Pourquoi ? Elles contiennent de grandes quantit\u00e9s d'oleurop\u00e9ine, ce qui en fait un fruit tr\u00e8s amer.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"wpb_column col-md-12\"><div class=\"text\">Donc, si vous avez des olives dont l'amertume a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9e, vous pouvez passer directement \u00e0 la vinaigrette. Ce n'est pas votre cas et vous devez enlever l'amertume ? Il suffit d'\u00e9carter celles qui sont d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es, ouvertes ou qui pr\u00e9sentent des teintes brun\u00e2tres.<\/li><li>Maintenant que nos olives sont pr\u00eates, nous devons les \u00e9craser ou les ouvrir. Cela permettra \u00e0 l'amertume de dispara\u00eetre plus rapidement. Si vous d\u00e9cidez de les ouvrir, il suffit de les couper avec un couteau.<br \/>Toutefois, pour \u00e9liminer l'amertume plus rapidement et mieux, optez pour la pur\u00e9e : mettez-les sur une planche et \u00e9crasez-les \u00e0 l'aide d'un ustensile de cuisine.<\/li><li>Il suffit de placer les olives dans un r\u00e9cipient recouvert d'eau et de les laisser reposer pendant 7 \u00e0 9 jours. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, l'eau doit \u00eatre chang\u00e9e tous les jours.<br \/>Une fois le d\u00e9lai \u00e9coul\u00e9, go\u00fbtez les olives et si elles sont d'une amertume insupportable, laissez-les encore 3 \u00e0 5 jours en suivant le m\u00eame processus. Il est n\u00e9cessaire que le r\u00e9cipient puisse \u00eatre couvert. Les ingr\u00e9dients sont ajout\u00e9s selon le go\u00fbt. La seule chose \u00e0 laquelle il faut faire attention est le sel : 100 grammes de sel par litre d'eau.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"wpb_column col-md-12\"><div class=\"vc_empty_space\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"text\"><p>Dans notre bol, nous ajoutons une premi\u00e8re couche d'olives. Couper un demi-poivron grill\u00e9 en petits cubes, ajouter une poign\u00e9e de sel, des carottes, des cornichons, des oignons, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika doux, 3 ails et 30 ml de vinaigre de vin blanc et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l'op\u00e9ration jusqu'\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des olives. Dans la derni\u00e8re couche, ajouter tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de ainsi que les piments selon le go\u00fbt.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"wpb_column col-md-12\"><div class=\"text\">Une fois que tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont dans le r\u00e9cipient, nous le recouvrons d'eau jusqu'en haut. Il faut veiller \u00e0 ce que tout soit couvert pour \u00e9viter la formation de moisissures. Couvrez et laissez le r\u00e9cipient ferm\u00e9 pendant une semaine pour que les olives puissent go\u00fbter toutes les saveurs.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"wpb_column col-md-12\"><div class=\"text\"><p>Laissez reposer le m\u00e9lange pendant une semaine environ et vous obtiendrez nos exquises olives habill\u00e9es de gazpacha.<\/p><p>Vous n'avez pas le temps de pr\u00e9parer cette d\u00e9licieuse vinaigrette mais vous voulez d\u00e9guster de bonnes olives ?
