Elle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement assaisonn\u00e9e d'huile d'olive et de gros sel, et aromatis\u00e9e avec des herbes telles que le romarin. Des olives vertes et noires peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre ajout\u00e9es pour lui donner une touche m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne.\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette, nous aurons besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">350 g. de farine de bl\u00e9 dur<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 ml d'eau chaude<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive extra vierge<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel (environ 7 grammes)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 g. de levure s\u00e8che de boulangerie (ou 15 g. de levure fra\u00eeche press\u00e9e)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40 g. d'olives Manzanilla vertes d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es Escamilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive extra vierge<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de romarin frais<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gros sel ou sel en flocons<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette recette de Focaccia est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, c'est aussi un plat tr\u00e8s polyvalent puisqu'il peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 comme une entr\u00e9e avant un repas ou il peut \u00eatre un peu plus consistant et servi comme plat principal.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=\u00bb3241&#8243; img_size=\u00bblarge\u00bb qode_css_animation=\u00bb\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=\u00bb\u00bb row_type=\u00bbrow\u00bb use_row_as_full_screen_section=\u00bbno\u00bb type=\u00bbfull_width\u00bb angled_section=\u00bbno\u00bb text_align=\u00bbleft\u00bb background_image_as_pattern=\u00bbwithout_pattern\u00bb][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment pr\u00e9parer FOCACCIA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettre dans un grand bol la farine, les 5 g. de levure s\u00e8che dissoute dans un peu d'eau et le sucre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire un trou au milieu de la farine et verser les 200ml d'eau. Int\u00e9grer la p\u00e2te petit \u00e0 petit avec les mains. Ajouter l'huile et le sel.
