At Aceitunas Escamilla, we harvest our own table olives using the traditional methodThe fruit is harvested by hand, one by one, to avoid damaging the fruit and to obtain maximum quality. After harvesting the fruit, we use the latest technologies in our facilities of more than 41,000 sqm.The company has been working for three generations to select olives of excellent quality, using the latest technological advances and the knowledge acquired over the course of three generations.

We have different ways of preparation: with stone, without stone, stuffed, or with our renowned seasonings. In our packaging chain, we offer solutions in glass, bags, cans or in bulk.
