Our Varieties of Olives are harvested by hand, following the traditional method, from our own olive trees or from local collaborators, with whom we have been working for over 50 years, so the traceability and quality of the olives is assured.

APPLE
Chamomile is the most widely consumed variety in the world, originally from Seville, where we are located.
They are straw-coloured and fleshy with a small stone.
It is characterised by its high quality.
VERDIALS
They are typical of the Seville, Huelva and Extremadura areas.
So called because of their bright green colour. The verdial olive has a firm and slightly crunchy flesh.
This variety is the best to eat marinated, as it stays juicy and absorbs all the flavours of the seasoning, as with our "Grandma Catalina's Recipe" dressing.
