Nuestras Variedades de Aceitunas son recogidas manualmente, siguiendo el método tradicional, de nuestros propios olivos o de colaboradores locales, con los que llevamos trabajando más de 50 años, por lo que la trazabilidad y la calidad de la aceituna está asegurada..

MANZANILLA

Is the most spread table olive over the world, thanks to its fruit’s productivity and quality.

It presents an excellent pulp/stone ratio and acceptable fat content if used for oil. 

The fruit, once ripe, is dark purple, spherical and symmetrical.

VERDIAL

Has a high oil content which benefits its use in seasoning.

GORDAL

Is mainly appreciated for its taste and size, with 100-120 fruits per kilogram and one olive weighing up to 12 grams. 

Its aspect is heart-shaped, of green color with white spots. 

Its fat content is very low thus it is used for seasoning.
