If you like sushi, ceviche, nigiris,... the Poke Bowl you will love it. It is made on a base of rice or quinoa (this is always used to eat it), raw fish marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil and a combination of other ingredients that you can adapt according to your tastes.


First of all, to prepare Olive and Anchovy Poke Bowl you need a bowl in which to incorporate all the ingredients.


  • 200 grams of rice.
  • 200 grams of salmon.
  • 1 ripe avocado.
  • 1 handle.
  • Soya bean sprouts.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • Escamilla homemade anchovy-flavoured olives.
  • Sesame seeds.
  • Soy sauce, juice of one lemon and sesame oil.



First we cook the rice When it is ready, let it cool and set aside. Then, cut the salmon in small cubes. Then, using a shot glass, add in the same proportions the soy sauce y sesame oil together with the juice of a lemon marinate the salmon cubes.

Next, chop the avocado, mango and cucumber and add the bean sprouts and olives with anchovies..

Secondly, in a bowl we place the rice base and add the rest of the ingredients.

To conclude Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and dress with the salmon marinade.
